Job Description

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for handling activities related to the performance management in the unit. Conduct analysis on employee appraisal reports received and check that aggregate results are in agreement with bank wide and unit performance recorded for the period

Job Requirement

Minimum Educational and Work Experience Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or related fields.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent
