We are seeking a dependable office secretary to manage scheduling, handle calls and emails, organize documents, and support daily office operations. Key duties include maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with basic bookkeeping. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required, along with proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace). Confidentiality and professionalism are essential.
