Position: Office Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Both Jimma and Shaggar City

Job Summary

Tadesse Toli General Contractor is seeking an experienced Office Engineer to manage technical documentation, project coordination, and contract administration activities. The ideal candidate will support project execution through accurate planning, reporting, and document control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage technical documents, drawings, and BOQs.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project managers.
  • Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and material submittals.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
  • Manage contract documents and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Track project progress and support timely project delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
About You

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
