Job Description


Job Requirement

Education Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Construction Technology and Management. Civil Engineering, or other related field

Experience: 6 years and above  out of which at least 2 years experience in a similar position as office engineer in civil works

Skills Abilities

  • Prepares take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate bi-monthly
  • Makes a close follow-up of the operation and prepares up to date cost analysis
  • Coordinate, review and assess contract documents.
  • Review and process construction for project design documents and ensure forms as per existing standards.
  • Inspect work sites, monitor project budget and schedule and check project plans and drawings to verify compliance of office plans.
  • Analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document.
  • Provide assistance to project manager and supervise office engineering construction.
  • Prepare project records with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions.
  • Prepare bi-weekly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of schedules, costs spreadsheets and perform analysis on same.
  • Ensure bid packets contain relevant engineering drawings, designs and specification for of bid document.

Location :- Addis Ababa and project sites
