Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Principal and Vice Principal, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in the coordination of office activities and events.
  • Handle communication, including answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are readily available.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.

About You

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
