Job Description


As part of Dina Investment, you will join more than 250 strong and vibrant individuals working nationally to accomplish the mission of the organization. Dina Investment Group invites you, the qualified candidate, to apply for the positions of Office Assistant.

An Office Assistant typically does the following

Activities:

  • handles organizational and administrative tasks
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and meetings.
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
  •  Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  •  Maintaining files.
  •  Welcoming visitors to your office.
  •   Answering phone calls.
  •   Taking and delivering messages.
  •   Ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Job Requirements

Qualification/Level of studies: BS Degree in Secretarial Science or relevant
Experience: A minimum of 6 years experiences in related field.
