Key Responsibilities

• Develop a very clear concept of monitoring and evaluation system with a continuous and an ongoing discussion with all project components and partners,
• Carry out tracking of gender balance / marginalized group participation in all project meetings and events including setting up systems with the District Field Officers.
• Produce full documentation of M & E activities in order to record outputs and results and also fulfill government reporting requirements, in close consultation with the Project Team Leader.

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Experience:  B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in Development Studies, or Sociology, or Economics, or related field with 3 to 5 years relevant practical experience (preferably in the NGO). Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and good writing skill in English.
