Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day financial operation of the hospital, physicians’ group practice, contract reviews, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and compensation evaluation, collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information, produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, produce and analyze financial statements, etc, lead the finance team and make ready of the financial records for external audit.

Job Requirement

Desired Educational Qualification and Skill: MA/BA in Accounting / Finance, proven skill and experience as Finance Manager, Skills of fundamentals of financial accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, compliance,  risk management, internal control, closing of accounts, and other accounting principles. Skill in Problem  Solving Abilities, Leadership, Strategic Vision, Cash Management, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance
Competence and IFRIS.

Desired Experience: At least 6/8 years of relevant experience, of which 4 years in senior financial managerial
position, preferably in Health Sector

Additional Requirements:

• Health sector experience is highly preferable
• Proficient user of various database and finance application software (Peachtree, Microsoft apps, …..)
• Financial analysis and extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market
•  Strong interpersonal skill, strong familiarity and ability to use digital system
•  Strong know-how of the country’s relevant rules, regulations and proclamations
•  Senior managerial level experience of leading early and growth stage investments in Ethiopia
