Job Summary

Massage therapist is responsible to handle all massages as per the property wellness and spa operational and treatment standards. Responsible for all massages and treatment related activities, and for the safety of the customers in the massage room. A Massage Therapist, or Massage Practitioner, is responsible for providing relaxation or treating body pain and discomfort through physical touch and moving a client’s muscles. Key duties include meeting with clients to determine the type of massage they need, creating a relaxing ambiance in their office and kneading or rubbing muscles to release tension. Additionally, he/she shall maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of himself/herself, and all personnel involved in the massage room operation.

Job Requirement

• Level 3 and above or recognized Certificate in Massage therapist or cosmetology or aesthetics or SPA Attendance.
• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 year’s massage experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Physically fit and in good health (strength is not a major requirement, but stamina is necessary)
