Job Requirement

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL

  • MA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Successful track record of marketing and sales team management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing

WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 (MSC) or 10 (BSC years of sales experience in FMCG (4 years in soap and detergent industry at a senior level)

DUTY STATION: Modjo (Factory Premises) with frequent travel to Addis Ababa and regions
