Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our restaurant and special events across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Knowledge about Content marketing and Social Media Marketing, create compelling content for marketing materials, including social media posts and promotional flyers.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of restaurant events, including menu selections, vendor management, logistics, and post-event evaluations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure events meet our quality standards and guest expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and partners to enhance event offerings.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of campaigns and events through analytics.
  • Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance and event outcomes.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and event coordination, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing services, graphic design software).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the culinary arts.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
