Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts studies on customer service effectiveness, market potentials and product development, new market expansion and implements appropriate strategies by selecting; segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets;
• Identifies and analyses Company’s strengths and weaknesses and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment;
• Assists in develops marketing objectives and goals to ensure that the
• Company gains business and sets goals for market share and growth;
• Assists in market assessments and customer service quality assessment studies;
• Participates in formulating marketing and promotion activities and policies to promote the dealership and services, and works with advertising and promotion managers as needed
• Assists in conducting market research studies and analyzes their findings to ensure the highest level of advertising effectiveness;
• Performs all promotional activities which are necessary in promoting sales.
• Compiles and analyses feedback of customer survey indicators so that continuous improvement to be made;
• Gathers feedback from customers to establish CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and analyze for appropriate counter measure.
• Participates on exhibition and trade fair;
• Distributes promotional materials and other technical information relevant in promoting sales;

Job Requirements

Qualification : BA Degree in marketing Management

Experience : 2 years and above
