Job Purpose

Digital marketing involves the promotion of products and services through a variety of digital channels, using the internet and mobile technology. Push and pull marketing techniques are applied, targeting consumers both directly and indirectly.

In the role of digital marketer, you’ll be involved in developing an organization’s multi-channel communication strategies predominantly the website and Social media platforms across several areas of our business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Social Media Marketing – Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.
  • Mobile Marketing – Includes app-based, in-game, location-based and SMS marketing.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department
  • Plan and monitor social media platforms
  • Prepare accurate report on activities on out Media platforms
  • Coordinate with 3rd party advertising and agencies to implement and monitor our media contents
  • Monitor and evaluate important metrics that affect our website and social media traffic
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Identify the late strands and technologies affecting our industry

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • BA/BSC in Marketing, Computer Science and related field of studies

Experience

  • 2 years relevant experience as a digital marketer

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of more than 1 local languages is preferable
  • knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • the ability to work independently and flexibly
  • the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
  • the ability to work as part of a team
  • the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
