Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, including print materials, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and events.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create print advertising materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Ensure that all print collateral adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Support the execution of direct mail campaigns, including list segmentation, content development, and tracking responses.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of direct mail initiatives.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing efforts for events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Help with event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Assist in the management of outdoor advertising campaigns, such as billboards and transit ads.
  • Monitor the placement and effectiveness of outdoor advertising efforts.
  • Conduct market research and gather data on traditional marketing campaigns and competitors.
  • Assist in analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Traditional Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all traditional marketing materials and channels.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking the budget for offline marketing activities.
  • Ensure that campaigns are within allocated budget limits.

Job Requirements

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fields.

Competencies and Professional skills required

  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital marketing
    campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads,
    Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable
    insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and marketing
    ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in campaign management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
