Job Summary:

As Marketing Manager the position holder executes sales promotional activities, manage product introductions, and develop marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive sales growth. Build relationships with healthcare providers, achieve sales goals, and oversee sales support staff. Manage marketing budget, monitor competitors, identify new market segments, and leverage digital channels for brand visibility. Represent Retina Pharmaceuticals at industry events, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Execute sales promotional activities, advertising placements, and other strategic marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.
  • • Take charge of product introductions and manage the entire product sales lifecycle, from conception to market launch and beyond.
  • • Design, develop, implement, and analyze various marketing strategies and media channels to effectively market and promote our new products.
  • • Initiate strong relationships with healthcare service providers to promote our latest pharmaceutical offerings and secure partnerships.
  • • Set, determine, and strive to achieve the organization’s sales goals through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of Retina Pharmaceuticals.
  • • Hire, train, and monitor the performance of the sales support staff, providing on-the-job training and coaching to enhance branding efforts.
  • • Set and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and drive business results.
  • • Keep a vigilant eye on competitors, identifying their strategies and ensuring that our marketing efforts stay ahead in the market.
  • • Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth, guiding the company’s expansion efforts into untapped territories.
  • • Understand and leverage digital marketing channels effectively to reach target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • • Represent Retina Pharmaceuticals at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, networking with key stakeholders and showcasing our products.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Salary: Negotiable

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MBA or BA in Marketing, Business, and or Health Sciences (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products
  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical business process and health care environment, as well as thorough understanding of marketing business processes
  • Understanding of healthcare system, markets and stakeholders, and competitive dynamics
  • Familiarity with latest trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical field
  • Project management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget
