Job Description


Summary

The Major Goal of Marketing Manager is to put life to an organization strategic plan. She/ he oversee the work of sales personnel. Builds quality relationships with consumers to provide them with relevant and memorable products & services. She/ he coordinates the daily activities of the sales representatives, this includes deciding on the appropriate strategy to be employed on everyday bases at what places or areas to conduct the activities.

 Detailed Duties & Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing strategic Marketing plan that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Manage the Subsidiary activities that provide a high level of support to staff to achieve a competitive advantage.
  • Responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, achieving the planned goals, and coordinate the marketing department & lead sales personnel.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts contents of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management is informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, manufacturing techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Participating on bids announced on national bases related to our company products.
  • Recording customer needs and offer solution and support.
  • Lead & actively participate on our social media channel to be effective.
  • Preparing promotional plan & activities
  • Quarterly evaluate the performance of the sales personnel
  • Performing other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education: BA Degree & above in Marketing Management

Experience: 5 years relevant work experience. In related businesses of foam, home furniture and home appliance is preferred. Also, Experience in diverse product marketing is a plus.
