We are seeking a digital-savvy marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads through marketing activities
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department’s staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Develop plans to help establish our brand, allocate resources to different projects, and set department goals.
• Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role in marketing
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English both written and verbal
• Social media marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
• Content management experience
• Canva design experience
