We are looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will develop and execute our marketing strategy, oversee campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email)
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the creation and publication of engaging marketing content (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media).
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to coordinate marketing efforts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities to improve performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, agencies, and industries

• Success with over 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing Management/ Business administration
• Experience in cleaning service providing company management may be advantageous.
