Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and engage our target audience across various channels.
  • Manage social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns to promote our products and engage with customers.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase our brand and products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials, promotional offers, and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to expand our reach and enhance our brand reputation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
