This position is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and coordinating staffing plans based on the annual manpower plan of the Bank, supervising employee recruitment, selection and placement processes to ensure selection of the best talent for the Bank

Job Requirement

Minimum Educational & Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors in Human Resources Management , Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields
• At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years as Section Head Level Or Manager I/C
