Job Requirement

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with 7 years of relevant banking experience with BA out of which 2 years on supervisory position and 2 years of relevant experience with MSc/MA out of which 2 years on supervisory position

Competency Requirements

  • Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus],  Management Competencies [Building team, Decision quality, Drive for result, Planning, and Priority setting], Functional Competency [Knowledge of Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Assessment, and Reporting]
