Job Requirement

Education & Experience Requirements:  BA degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with 7 years of relevant banking experience with BA out of which 2 years on supervisory position and 2 years of relevant experience with MSc/MA out of which 2 years on supervisory position

Competency Requirements: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency [Knowledge of Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Assessment, and Reporting]

Salary & Benefit Packages: As per the newly revised attractive salary scale of the Bank
