Responsibilities

• Conduct, Follow-up and support research activities conducted by various ad-hoc committees or external consultants
• Promotion of the industry to build a good image and Promotion of insurance product
• Coordinating education and training program at the industry level
• Conduct and coordinate the day to day activities of the association
• Conduct, lead and control the functions of different work units and other committees
• In consultation with the Secretary General prepare and organize training seminars and Conferences
• Prepare periodic and annual reports in consultation with the Secretary General
• Take minutes
• Other duties as assigned by the Secretary General and the Board

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• BA in any business education preferably management, economics and Accounting or related field
• Progress towards qualification in insurance
• At least eight years’ work experience, preferably in insurance industry, 4 years work in supervisory level
• Excellent computer skills
• Self-initiative
• Good communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
