Job Requirement

Qualification: MA/MBA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management,  Marketing  Management, Management & Business Administration or related field of study.

Work Experience: Ten (10) years overall experience with over three (3) years in related Managerial position.

Skills and Attributes

  1. Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English both spoken & written,
  2. Executive disposition, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
  3. Ability to develop long term integrated and cross functional operational plans.
  4. Ability to operationalize strategy into action for the Function.
  5. Ability to sell the vision, Business / Financial Acumen, Business Savvy & Innovative.
  6. Operational Management skills.

Duty station : Addis Ababa

Age: Below 40 years
