Requirements

Qualification: A minimum of BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or other related fields of study from a recognized university

Experience:  A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the insurance business out of which three (3) years in a supervisory position

Qualities and Abilities:

• Plan, Coordinate and Control activities of Marketing, Research and Business Development of the company
• Broad knowledge of the insurance industry and marketing
• Knowledge of planning, monitoring, evaluation and preparation of periodic corporate performance report
• Knowledge of marketing and promotion principles and practices
• Ability to form and coordinate technical teams relevant to areas of assignment
• Excellent oral and written communication and human relation skills
• Dependable & Team Player
