Main duties

The purpose of the job is to set directions and serves as a centre of excellence for planning, budgeting and performance monitoring/evaluations. The division is tasked with the preparation of the Bank’s strategic plan/changes and annual plan, as well as budget forecasting, cascading, and producing periodic performance monitoring reports.

Job Requirements

Qualification : MSC, MA, BA in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields

Experience : 7/9 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as planning & budget Team Leader in the banking industry.
