Position: Manager, Payment Systems (Switch) Division

Job Summary/Core Expectations:

• The Manager for Payment Systems (Switch) Division oversees scope, Planning, budgeting, definition and initiation of digital accounts and projects. S/he manages resources, clients and teams to deliver activities in relation to card payment switch, Sh/he should have a deeper understanding of ATM, POS and M-POS Management and Configuration. Additionally, the candidate should have a better understanding of electronic payment ecosystems including but not limits to HSM technology, card issuing process/technology, transaction authentication and autorotation process, and clearing and settlement activities. S/he engages with customer service and development teams to ensure project objectives and achievable and meet quality standards. Competence in Emotional intelligence and certification is an advantage.

Qualifications/Skills

• Education: BSc/MA/MSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields of study

• Experience: 7/5 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in a supervisory or senior position
