BASIC FUNCTIONS

Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls all operational activities mainly Credit , Deposit Mobilization and Branch Coordination; formulates policies and procedures related to operational matters and implements upon approval; ensures that branches /sub-branches provide efficient and effective financial services to clients and operate in compliance with company policies and NBE directives and regulations including that PAR is Within the limit set by the Board of Director; monitors branch operations and provides support.

Job Requirement

Minimum Edu. requirements: BA/MA degree in Management/Accounting/Marketing /Economics or related field.

Experience required: 8/6 years of relevant experience; 3 of which at supervisory positions in microfinance institution
