Job Description


Place of work: Head Office

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: MA/ BA degree in Management/Accounting& Finance/Marketing /Economics Business administration or related fields of study

Experience:

• 8/10 years relevant experience; out of which 3 years at supervisory positions on financial institutions (banking industry is more preferable)
• Extensive knowledge of Credit appresal ,portifolio management and follow up
• Through knowledge of current trends and developments in microfinance and financial industry
• Excellent knowledge of management concepts and principles
• Comprehensive knowledge of NBE & FIC directives and regulations
• Good knowledge and ability in team building and leadership
• Good communication and human relations
• Basic computer application skills
