Role Description

The marketing manager is responsible for the development of marketing strategy that best helps the realization of the company’s mission vision and business objective. He/ She leads, coordinates and monitors all marketing activities of the company. Initiates research that incorporates the macro and micro environment to get a clear understanding of the market conditions and uses it as a base to make all marketing decisions.

Supervises

Senior Brand Manager, Manager, Research and Insight, Manager, Innovation, Manager, Event Marketing and Manager, Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, administers, directs and controls all the market development and brand management operations.
  • Prepares overall marketing strategy.
  • Develops and implements strategies to expand existing market penetration and enter new markets and related new business without mission drifts.
  • Conducts periodical market research and analysis the market trend.
  • Conduct competitor intelligence and identify their trends
  • Designs brand management strategies and ensures the brand of kegna has proper place in the mind of the customers
  • Conducts feasibility and market studies on new brands and new routes etc.
  • Develops, implements and manages marketing budget.
  • Conducts market research on the proper advertisement/ promotion of the company’s product.
  • Designs strategies to increases revenue generation and market share.
  • Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the Commercial Director.

About You

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management or related fields of study
  • 8/10yrs/ experience out of which 3/4 years should be in managerial position(s) in Beverage Industries.
