Job Requirement

Educational Qualification: BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA degree in Management, Economies, Business Administration, Marketing Management, political Science & International Relation, Journalism or any other related field of study.

Experience: minimum of 11 years of experience for 1^st degree and 8 years’ experience for 2^nd degree holders, of which a minimum of 3 years of experience shall be in managerial capacity.  An experience in core areas of general insurance operations is preferable

• Ability to conduct marketing research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Thorough knowledge of planning, monitoring, evaluation and research methods

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial industry governing laws , regulations , policies and procedures
• Ability to form and coordinate technical teams relevant to areas of assignment
• Excellent oral and written communication and human relation skills.

• Business plan and demand forecasting knowledge and skill
• Deep level awareness of Social media and digital marketing
