Education & Experience Requirements:  BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related field with 6years of related experience.

Competency Requirements: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency [Knowledge of cross-functional HR development area, succession planning, current HR development trends and advising other HR staff]
