Job Summary

The Manager is responsible to compile comprehensive IFB performance related data about district offices as well as branches. He/she is also responsible for developing IFB resource mobilization strategy, producing various guidelines/techniques, reports, and IFB customer information useful for operations, enhancing resource mobilization, compiling and sharing best practices/experiences.

Required Education & Experience

Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, with four (4) years of experience, Or Bachelor’s degree in the said studies with six (6) years of experience of which two (2) should be at supervisory position; Earnest experience in Islamic finance and banking sector is advantageous.
