Kegna Beverages Share Company is the company which is under formation and working hard to engross in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia that is incredibly untapped yet and fast growing.

Job summary

The HR Business Partner is fully dedicated to the business unit’s (supply chain) needs and duties, and shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery of that business unit. He/ she is responsible to develop and implement better people management practices in the supply chain unit. He/she builds a valuable relationship with internal clients and transfers requests and solutions to/from the business unit. The business partner works under the people management director and participates in complex matters such as ensuring competitive compensation and benefits, implementing leadership development programs, career path and/or successions. Acts as an HR point of contact in the supply chain.

Role And Responsibility

  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the supply chain
  • Works across functions with the people management director in complex and difficult HR issues;
  • Supports the supply chain in the recruitment of key talents for the business unit
  • Reviews the structure of the business unit, analyses the staffing in terms of numbers and quality/competency set and proposes changes, as necessary
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management of the business unit;
  • With the HR and business unit directors/managers, develops succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisors.

Requirement

Academic: MA/BA in Human Resource Management or related fields of study

Work experience: 6/8yrs experience in HR partnership in Beverage Industries.
