Job Summary

Responsible for the overall management of Human Capital Service Line teams while ensuring that all work allocated is carried out profitably and on a timely basis in accordance with the firm’s professional standards and to the satisfaction of clients and engagement partner. Further, to ensure that all staff are managed and developed to the maximum of their potential and to assist in the development of the service line.

Main Technical Responsibilities:

  • Define ways of working and operating model, standard tools and methods for the service line;
  • Plan, execute and complete Organizational Review and Design engagements;
  • Plan, execute and complete Reward and Analytics engagements [ Job description, Job Specification, Job evaluation, Grading, Salary survey, scale design and pay and Benefit Restructuring];
  • Manage and execute HR Strategy engagements;
  • Manage and execute leadership, Talent Management, Manuals and systems Design engagements;
  • Manage and coordinate Benchmarking, Research and Analysis engagements;

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Plan, arrange and follow-up business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients in various service lines;
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and promote the firm’s services to new and potential clients;
  • Research organizations to identify new leads and new markets;
  • Plan, organize and attend networking events and government-led seminars to enhance the firm’s visibility;
  • Communicate with existing clients regarding new developments in the firm;
  • Provide feedback and after-sales support during the lifecycle of human capital engagement;
  • Manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively;
  • Engage and coordinate the work performed with multiple service lines and cross-functional teams;
  • Review the work of associates and assistants to meet the required quality of deliverables;
  • Maintain strong client relationships and cross-sell services;
  • Lead and Prepare standard proposals;
  • Controls assignments in relation to timescales, budgets and risk management procedures;
  • Consistently achieves deadlines and understands the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recoverability, fee income and client service;
  • Accurately records time spent, documents reasons for overruns and agrees additional fees with the client;
  • Ensures achievement of billing targets and collection of outstanding fees
  • Reviews all deliverables before submission to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Guide, Support and Evaluate the performance of associates for engagement and year-end reviews.
  •  Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Educational and Experience Required

  • MA/BA in Business Management and any related business fields.
  • 7 years of experience for MA holders and 9 years of experience for BA holders;
  • 5 years’ experience in Consultancy.  
  • 2 years’ experience in Managerial position.

  • No
