Job Requirement

Education & Experience Requirements:   BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field of study with 6 years of relevant experience in the area of HR management.

Competency Requirements:

  • Management Competencies [Building team, Decision quality, Drive for result, Planning, and Priority setting], Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [Branch Operations, Banking Operations and Customer Relationship Management]
  • Additional/special skill: Strong leadership and communication skill
  • Knowledge of basic computer skill
