JOB SUMMARY

The District Operations Manager is responsible to lead and coordinate the overall district office and branches under the district office activities. He/she performs activities that are focused on Resource Mobilization activities, and devises methods and techniques for Resource Mobilization. He/she attends and solves complaints and quires of customers on affairs related to branch operational activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Education and Experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with Six years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2 years in supervisory position.
