Job Summary

The job holder is responsible to control and maintain Bank’s IT infrastructure; ensure that the Bank’s LAN is tuned for optimum performance, and deliver required information to end users and interact properly with the Bank’s Wide Area Network (WAN). S/he controls and maintains hardware equipment such as servers, printers, workstations, laptops, etc. The jobholder also prepares technical specifications, as well as reviews and estimates of IT and Communication Equipment purchases; prepares bid document and other financial requirements for IT and Communication Equipment

Job Requirement

BSc in Computer science, Electrical engineering, computer Engineering, Information technology with six (6) years of experience in Network and Hardware support positions of which three (3) years should be in a senior position preferably in the banking sector.

General requirements

• IFB knowledge and experiences are preferential.
• Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages is are required.
