Job Summary

The Manager responsible for targets potential customers identifies their needs, recruit and establish credit relationship. Advises/consults customer about the credit process, types, terms, eligibility, utilization, debt servicing and cross-sells products. Collects and checks all required loan processing documents. Gathers adequate financial and non-financial information about the customer. Facilitates collateral estimation, credit information, legal opinion, and loan and mortgage contracts preparation, .Follows repayment/utilization of the loan & Design negotiation strategies to resolve NPLs and negotiates with customer for amicable settlement.

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations. Of which Four (4) Years in Credit Management area.
