Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Secretary General, the Manager of Corporate Governance Council plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, controls and supervises activities of the Council. He/she designs and initiates effective mechanisms for successful achievement of the objectives of the Council; and encourages and promotes the implementation of the Corporate Governance Council code by prominent Ethiopian business entities

Job Requirement

Education:  MA/BA in Economics, Business Management, Communication, Marketing, law or related field

Work Experience:   9 years for MBA and 11 years for BA of relevant experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgement, and ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of economic or Legal research methods and legal ethics;
• Ability to act in professional and ethical manner
