Job Summary

The Job holder is responsible to monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users. Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. Identify and resolve hardware and software technical problems/malfunctions and handle administrative tasks according to the practices and procedures in effect in the company. These tasks include producing documents, managing work and communicating information. They may also develop tracking tools using office software and train users on certain applications

Job Requirement

BSc in Computer science, Electrical engineering, computer Engineering, Software Engineer, Information technology or equivalent with six (6) years of experience in Network and Hardware support positions of which three (3) years should be in a senior position in the banking sector

• IFB knowledge and experiences are preferential.
• Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages is are required.
