Responsibilities

  • Management Assistant is responsible to perform basic knowledge in secretarial duties (organizing records, typing skills, computer basic knowledge & skills, Customer handling & communication skill);
  • Registers and files letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and manage office equipment, screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management/Administrative Service Management with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
