Job Summary

Testi Trading PLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport and Logistics Senior Officer to oversee and manage the company’s logistics operations. The role involves ensuring efficient fleet management, timely delivery of goods, and compliance with transport regulations, while optimizing costs and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transport and logistics operations.
• Supervise fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and fuel usage.
• Ensure compliance with national transport and logistics regulations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transport service providers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports for management decision-making.
• Lead and mentor logistics staff to achieve departmental goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport and logistics management, preferably in a trading or distribution company.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and logistics software.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
