Logistics Officer (Documentation)

Quantity Required: 1

Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth documentation and processing of imports/exports, shipment handling, and logistics operations in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and clearing agents.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, and local transport.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
  • Support inventory and warehouse teams with documentation.
About You

Minimum Experience: 1 year
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and customs documentation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).
