SUMMARY

To reduce the Bank’s problem of default loans by working towards amicable settlement of loans, developing and proposing workout strategy for resolution of problem loans, conducting negotiation with customers on the strategies, implementing endorsed workout resolution strategies, and proposing write-off of hopeless loans and advances

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification Required & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting and Economics or related fields with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Awareness of major economic trends in the market, understanding of the Banking sector and factors affecting loan performance
