Job Description


Job Requirement

  • BA degree in Economics &Business fields, Development studies, Sociology, Agriculture and other relevant disciplines;
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in business management, Community Based Micro-Finance Institutions (CBMFIs) and other livelihood interventions, preferably in an NGOs setting

Required Competencies:

  • Saving, Credit& investment modalities, vocational skills training programs, cooperative and small & medium/micro-enterprise…etc.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in designing and implementing sound selection criteria and guidelines for identifying and selection of target groups for Economic Strengthening component of the project.
  • Proven experience in providing different capacity building training programs for project beneficiaries and other stakeholders as well as strong monitoring and follow up mechanisms.
  • Understanding of concepts of irregular migration and sustainable reintegration support mechanisms;
  • Other skills like business plan development & financial analysis skills, computer skills, strong writing & reporting skills and efficiency in English & other local languages

Languages: Good command of written and spoken English
