Job Summary

The Head for Legal service is responsible for planning and handling legal matters of the company. He/She advises Board of Directors, managers and employees in all legal matters, Records and maintains the minutes of Board of directors and General Assembly meetings and Represents the company in the court of law and other relevant government bodies and public offices or otherwise in legal matters.

Job Requirement

Qualification: – BA/MA degree in Law or relevant field

Work Experience: – Five years’ experience for BA and three years’ experience for MA preferably in Micro Finance Institutions.

Language:

• Knowledge of Amharic and Afan Oromo is compulsory.
• Handle multiple tasks and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, partnering, and consensus-building skills
