Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts lecturers and training sessions according to the curricular requirement and contents of the College;
• Prepares lesson plans and develop up to the standard teaching materials for the courses he/she offers;
• Assess and evaluates students’ academic performances through summative and formative didactic evaluation methods.
• Fully commit himself/herself to engage in other curricular or extracurricular activities given by the College

Salary: EURO 325.-/month

Other Benefits:

• Housing Allowance Birr 1000 (One thousand Birr/month)
• Medical coverage (100%) locally.

Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• MSc in Manufacturing Engineering/Technology;
• CGPA > 3.00;
• Thesis result should be good and above;
• Both Bsc. and Msc. shall be in Manufacturing Engineering/Technology only; and

Applicant must:

• Have a minimum of two years teaching experience at higher learning institutions (College/University);
• Provide clearance;
• Have good team spirit;
• Be of a good conduct and free of any addiction;
• Be committed to achieve the goal of the Foundation; and
• Have a good knowledge and skill on Manufacturing laboratory, practical workshops.

Language: A good command of spoken & written English
