Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the principal Architect, the Lead Architect will be responsible for undertaking the development of architectural designs for a variety of projects in collaboration with the team members. The Lead architect has also an overall project management responsibility for a variety of projects or project teams, including client contact, planning and scheduling. Moreover, s/he will be required to supervise the relevant project team/personnel, and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on activities

Job Requirement

Education :A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required

Experience

• Minimum six (6) years of experience in architectural design is required; of which the two years must be on a leadership position
• Experience in use of standard industry authoring software such as AutoCAD/ or REVIT, Other relevant rendering software and MS-Office Applications is Mandatory;
