ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Approve customer accounts upon compliance with policy and procedure of the Bank and NBE,
• Decline customer accounts that does not comply with policy and procedure of the Bank and NBE ,
• Conduct periodic assessment of branch KYC related issues,
• Ensure a single customer have a single unique customer ID,
• Asses deposit account operation of branches,
• Ensure approved correct formats are used for account opening,
• Conduct customer risk rating,
• Keep customers profile both in hardcopy and softcopy,

JOB REQUIREMENT

BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Business Information systems, Management Information Systems and any other related fields with 3.5 years of relevant experience in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer position.
